About

We built DiaConn because we kept watching good businesses lose leads they had already paid for.

Vorteconn is a product company building software for how Indian businesses actually sell — on the phone, in three languages, with families deciding together and everything happening after 7pm.

Why this exists

The same conversation, in every office we visited.

An owner shows you the ad account: spend is up, leads are coming. Then you look at the calling sheet. Half the enquiries were touched once. A third were touched a day late. Nobody can tell you why the last twenty people said no. The desk is not lazy — it is simply impossible for eight humans to answer every enquiry in the first minute, in the right language, and to remember the fifth follow-up three weeks later.

CRMs record that failure. Diallers speed it up. Chatbots reply to the easy questions and hand the hard ones back. What was missing was something that owns the whole gap: picks up in a minute, talks properly, writes down what it heard, keeps following up for weeks, books the meeting, and refuses to send anything your business has not approved. That is DiaConn.

What we believe

Six opinions the product is built on.

Speed is the whole product

Nothing in sales beats being first. Every design decision we make is judged on whether it makes the first conversation happen sooner.

A conversation beats a form

Indian buyers decide on the phone. Chat widgets and email sequences are useful, but they are the follow-up, never the opening.

If it is not written down, it did not happen

Every call transcribed, every objection reason-coded, every gate logged. Opinions about lead quality should lose arguments to records.

The machine does the boring 80%

Chasing, reminding, re-dialling and documenting. Humans keep the part where judgement and warmth actually change the outcome.

Built for how India sells

Missed calls are leads. Families decide together. Language switches mid-sentence. Software written for other markets keeps missing this.

Onboard fewer, properly

We take a limited number of businesses each month so each one gets a tuned voice, a configured pack and a real human on WhatsApp.

How we onboard

Six steps, usually inside a week.

01

Application

You tell us your industry, enquiry volume and what is going wrong. We review it by hand, usually the same working day.

02

Discovery call

We listen to how your desk sells today — the script, the objections, the stages, the calendar.

03

Pack configuration

Your industry pack is loaded and edited with you: stages, questions, approved claims, quiet hours, escalation rules.

04

Sources connected

Ads, portals, missed calls, WhatsApp and your CRM are wired into one queue.

05

Voice tuning

The AI is tuned against your own recordings so it sounds like your business, not a call centre.

06

Go live, then review

You watch the first day's calls with us, then we review the gate log and source scores every month.

11

industry packs, four live and seven in build

3

languages spoken on every call

10

gates before anything is sent

24×7

the desk never closes

Come and argue with us for twenty minutes.

If DiaConn is wrong for your business we will say so on the first call. We would rather onboard fewer businesses properly.
